LionsBase offers a centralized tool to Multi District managers to handle Club members and Club ressources (documents, events, activities, Web site, etc.) hierarchically. Club LionsBase Masters are responsible for managing the members and resources of their own Club. Ressources that are shared between several Clubs are managed at an higher level by a District or Multi-District LionsBase Masters.
Organize and manage your club members and committees with ease. The information related to members and committees are automatically synchronized with the official Lions Database in Oak Brook.
Each Club has a dedicated Web site, where any kind of content can be presented, thanks to the powerful TYPO3 CMS on which LionsBase is built. Moreover Clubs benefit from a unified design, enhancing the branding of the Multi District.
Ressources are automatically aggregated to help dealing with the continuous flow of information. For example, a Mutli District event is automatically integrated into every Club calendar, such that every member has a complete view of all information related to him. Similarly, a public blog post written by a Club will appear on the Multi District Web portal.
Information flows both bottom-up and top-down, according to the permissions associated with the information.
Many statistics about members, committees and clubs provide a meaningful overview of the current and past situation.
Data about members and clubs can be easily exported, there is no lock-in.
