Anderen Mitgliedern helfen¶

Aufgrund Ihrer Position, müssen Sie sehr wahrscheinlich Fragen von Ihren Club LionsBase Masters beantworten und der beste Weg zu helfen ist zu sehen, was sie sehen; Das heißt, eine vereinfachte Version des TYPO3-Backends.

When you are authenticated as District or as Multiple District LionsBase Master, an additional popup menu is available next to your name in the main toolbar, on top right of the TYPO3 Backend, next to the „Logout“ button:

Bewegen Sie die Maus auf „Wechseln zum Backend-Benutzer“ und wählen Sie das Profil eines der Mitglieder für das Sie verantwortlich sind, es erscheint in der sich öffnenden Liste.

Ihr Name und Benutzername wird sich in der Symbolleiste ändern und zeigen, dass Sie als ein anderes Mitglied handeln. Um zurück zu Ihrem eigenen Profil zu gelangen, klicken Sie einfach auf die Schaltfläche „Verlassen“ die anstelle der bekannten Schaltfläche „Abmelden“ erscheint, während Sie als ein anderes Mitglied handeln.

Das zweite Menü „Frontend User simulieren“ funktioniert gleichermassen wie für Club LionsBase Masters und listet alle Mitglieder in Ihrem Distrikt auf.

Beware: If you are a Multiple District LionsBase Master though, LionsBase does not show the list of all members within the multiple district as this would cause your browser to hang and most probably lead to a script timeout. Instead, LionsBase will trim down the list of available members to those of your own club. But you may of course first switch to another Backend user, typically one of your District or Club LionsBase Master and thus still be granted access to every member in your multiple district.
