Managing Conferences¶
This chapter is actually not solely targeted at members acting as Multiple District LionsBase Master, but managing conferences is a task that is typically performed by the MDLBM or some other high-ranking member of a district and usually not needed by clubs.
LionsBase provides a comprehensive set of tools to manage conferences which are typically held on a yearly basis. The tools are designed to help the organizer to manage the registration of participants, the organization of the event and the follow-up after the event. This includes double-checking the tickets to assess the actual numbers of participants and thus ensure voting may be legit, or sending out invoices to the clubs for the participation fees.
