Trasferimento di membri¶
A volte i membri delocalizzano e hanno bisogno di essere trasferito dal loro ex club ad un altro; Questo si riferisce a come un’operazione di trasferimento in LionsBase.
Si distinguono tre tipi di trasferimento:
The member is transferred from one club to another one within the same multiple district.
Il membro è venuta da un club straniero.
Il membro viene trasferito in un club straniero.
Dobbiamo affrontare con trasferimento membro utilizzando un flusso di lavoro dedicato non solo come è controproducente per rientrare tutte le informazioni di appartenenza ed i dati personali del nuovo club, ma perché vita di leoni del membro (status, appartenenza,…) è archiviata e sincronizzato a Oak Brook, USA e un rilocato membro dovrebbe mantenere questa storia nel nuovo club Lions.
Transferring Members within the same Multiple District¶
Il trasferimento avviene in due fasi:
The current club (= «source») selects the member and starts the transfer workflow, putting the member into a stage from which the new club will retrieve them.
Il nuovo club (= «target») accetta il membro e come tale finalizza il flusso di lavoro di trasferimento.
To start a transfer, go to your club storage folder and click the right arrow for the member you want to transfer:
A transfer wizard shows up. You need to press the big «Transfer» button and then follow the instructions by clicking on «Next»:
Alla fine del processo, bacheca club come «fonte» vi mostrerà i membri che sono in attesa di approvazione:
Fintanto che il membro non accettata, si può annullare il trasferimento in qualsiasi momento utilizzando il pulsante corrispondente nell’elenco.
Il cruscotto del club «target» mostrerà una vista corrispondente con membri di essere accettati:
Si può accettare o rifiutare un membro utilizzando il pulsante corrispondente nell’elenco delle operazioni in sospeso. Qualsiasi membro respinto rimarrà nell’elenco come a lungo presso il club che ha avviato il trasferimento non ha riconosciuto il rifiuto di annullare l’operazione di trasferimento.
Pregati di notare: Fino a quando un membro è in uno stato in attesa di trasferimento, non verranno visualizzati nell’elenco dei membri all’interno del vostro club e non può essere modificato.
Transfer Members FROM a foreign Multiple District¶
Procedura dettagliata:
NON creare il membro in LionsBase
Chiedere il club straniero per fornire informazioni a seguito di:
Nome esatto del club stranieri e relativo Id LCI
Distretto di club stranieri
Nome, sesso, compleanno, primo ingresso nel club stranieri, data del trasferimento e LCI Id del membro da trasferire
Then get in touch with a Multiple District LionsBase Master and ask them to actually transfer the member using the corresponding transfer procedure.
Transfer Members TO a foreign Multiple District¶
There is nothing we can do to help the foreign Multiple District. The new club will most probably contact you and ask for a few information such as the LCI identifier.
In your club, you should simply add a new status «Transferred» to the corresponding member with a start date corresponding to the date of the transfer and properly stop the former «Active» status and any function the member had in the various committees within your Multiple District.
